"New pool table install. They were sub contractors for Conte Billiards who I had bought from before. First thing the installers did was put their tool box on our wood dining room table. No protection for floor used. Table was off level, felt had bumps. Bumper rails had hammer marks from installers not being careful. They even scraped one of the boxes that the rails came in over my ceiling that we had literally painted fresh the day before. Owner of Cool Water did ultimately “fix” the problem, but it was only actually fixed by bringing one of the old Conte installers back to tear the whole table down and do it over. What was found was the frame of table was not put together properly, the slate was not leveled properly, and the felt job was sloppy. No response from the owner needed, I just want others to know that if you want a good install of a pool table, this might not be your best choice."

"Worst customer service and attitude from Michelle. I asked about a winter cover for my pool and Michelle was rude and dismissive. I go here because it’s 1/4 of a mile from my home but I’ll go across town to Gannon pools from now on. Gannon also had my cover in stock and were happy to give me information about it where Michelle and cool waters wouldn’t even give me pricing or availability."

"We hired this company in 2017 to install a new pool liner and find a leak we had in our in ground pool. New coping had to be installed due to age and the underground lines had to be replaced because of a leak.The liner they installed looked okay. Underground water lines were never finished and trenches weren't dug. Then the crew disappeared forever. After many phone calls, we gave up on them. Two years later, the coping started pulling out from the walls ripping the liner. Over the last three years, the coping around half of the pool has pulled out due to the wrong size coping and incorrect screws and fasteners used. Now after covid has calmed down, we've been able to get another pool company to fix Cool Waters shoddy work. Because we had to wait so long, the liner (only 5 years old) will have to be replaced again costing us thousands of dollars in repair costs. We will never recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware."
