They did a great deal of unnecessary legal work to "protect his assets" even after they were informed he had dementia and had almost no assets and a great deal of debt. They charged him exorbitant fees for this unnecessary work, knowing he needed the money for his long term care. They put my calls through to voicemail when I tried to contact them to discuss his circumstances and obtain his case records needed for his long term care planning. This firm is unethical and heartless."
