"So I was referred to Mr. Buttering In regards to a chapter 7 bankruptcy. When we met I explained I wanted to reaffirm my mortgage and car at the time. Years go by and I go to apply for a loan and I realize my mortgage was never reaffirmed. I see via the other comments on here that this is a regular occurrence apparently? Also I referred Mr. Butterini to another client of his who also paid for a reaffirmation agreement for a vehicle of theirs. It was never completed during their bankruptcy and now they make payments on a vehicle that’s never reported to the credit bureau. Are these honest mistakes? Well according to others and their experiences and they are similar to my own I have a hard time believing this just happens. How do we rectify these situations? Where’s the accountability? I came to you at a time in my life I was vulnerable trying to get my life in order and on the right track but was ignorant of the law and processes and procedure that’s why I retained a lawyer. Like I stated above I wanted to retain my house and car. I wanted to reaffirm my House and car. As stated above not until I went to sell my house and acquire a loan for another did I realize my house was never reaffirmed. The fact that this isn’t the first occurrence of you’re taking vulnerable peoples money and not delivering with the services they have paid you for. You bring up facts of my case I never even commented about like judgement and leins and creditors. Attorney client privilege ?? Also I did call your office and spoke with a female secretary who informed me it was never reaffirmed. This was after my mortgage lender told me it wasn’t reaffirmed.
