"The most unprofessional customer service I have ever received and I work in the industry. Rainbow Chen sold me a custom 60” vanity for a bathroom and delivered a completely different 3 base cabinets that add up to 60” and claimed it was custom. Never explained how it would be built (or in this case not built) and all items are non returnable which was never stated before hand. When asked to return or exchange the product she would not work with me AT ALL even though I had also purchased 3 other items, “the factory is too full”. The customer service is poor and the product is standard. Go somewhere else where they know the business and will not play games."
