"TOTAL JERK, TOOK OVER MY CASE BC ANOTHER ATTORNEY IN HIS OFFICE RESIGNED. TOLD ME THAT MY CASE LOOKED GREAT, SPOKE WITH THE OPPOSING ATTORNEY AND CAME BACK WITH A DEAL THAT WAS ALL ONE SIDED PAYING MY X MORE THAT WHAT I MAKE A YEAR, TOLD ME IF I DON'T TAKE IT THEN HE CAN NOT REPRESENT ME. I TOLD HM I RECORD ALL MY PHONE CALLS, AND THREE DAYS LATER I GET A SUMMONS TO APPEAR IN COURT BECAUSE HE WONT REPRESENT ME. BUT HE HAD NO PROBLEM CASHING MY CHECK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEF"

"I have needed a bankruptcy filing all year. Patrick told me to do a credit counseling certificate and get it to me and then he’d be in touch. He confirmed receipt of the certificate in early March. I spent the next months following up with emails and voicemails to confirm the process wasn’t waiting on me and asked him to call me. He finally responded today and acted like he had no idea who I was and that I never had an appointment. He is now unwilling to make it right by circling around on my filing and getting it done. A call to the NYS Courts Attorney Grievance office might be in order"
