"Pam helped with closing where I was buying property from a "difficult" seller who did not want either of us using an attorney. (not my style!) Anyway, Pam helped make it happen without charging the difficult seller or myself anything extra. Worse yet, seller had been divorced but never had her husband removed from the deed. It still went ok thanks to Pam. Happy customer here. (sale was in 2017)"
