Very disappointed. Seems like once he got paid he didn't follow through. 4 years later my mom's estate is not "officially" closed. That makes us uneasy. Have not heard a thing from him in a very long time. I was very happy with him in the beginning but wouldn't advise you to hire him at this point. Not sure what happened but I hope he's correct about my mom's estate. Do your research on other reviews about him. I see a pattern with complicated legal affairs. I feel bad posting this but it's the truth."

"Awful untrustworthy attorney who takes advantage of people when he gets the opportunity. Unethical awful Man. This horrible excuse for an attorney was referred by a friend for a relative of mine. Single hard working mom who lived pay check to pay check saving up to pay this scum to go after her ex husband for years of past due child support and allamoney. He took $1500 then failed to do a single thing. May not seem like a lot to most people but this was hard earned money saved by the hardest working woman I know. He Ignored her calls and emails knowing she wouldn’t have the finances to give another attorney to take him to court. It’s been many years later and this still makes me so sick to think about and what he got away with. Who knows how many others he may have done this to. This man has no concience and is a prime example why attorneys get a bad wrap. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself from a potential scam and do not seek council from Jay Pohlman."
