"Front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. The room....that's where the wheels came off. There was DNA on the bedding when I arrived and holes in the sheets - I went to a store and bought my own to be safe. When I arrived there was a coffee maker with two packets of coffee but no cups. I was able to find a solution for that.... The second day there were cups left in the room but no coffee. Nothing was cleaned. The only thing I think housekeeping did was give me another washcloth. The bathroom was updated but the shower curtain was moldy and there were hairs in the shower that I had to clean out. I wouldn't stay there again - especially for $100/night. The person I traveled with had the same experience with the bedding in her room but she had the added bonus of a couple arguing all night next door to their room."

"Just poor everything. I booked a room for the night to go to a concert. Both my friend and I contracted Covid (symptomatic and positive at home tests)...the guy was just confusing as hell to understand. I was then accused of trying to cancel because the concert was canceled. Yes he actually said "I know why your trying to cancel, because the concerts canceled!" As far as i know it's still going on. So I lost out on cost of tickets and this room. The guy was a complete nut job, just the worst. I was told "I chose his hotel, it's not his problem and he's charging me card" which he did after he hung up on me. I've worked in customer service and I understand things happen. Completely disgusted with my whole experience. Still home sick....concert still going on...just a trashy business. Perhaps I dodged a bullet...other reviews show this place is also dirty."

"Yes it is outdated. The positives: the room was clean, bed was clean, and the bathroom was clean. The pool and hot tub looked well kept. The grounds are neat. The negatives: no net on the tennis court, outdoor pool closed, indoor pool quite cold. The carpet throughout the hotel was terrible. It really needs to be replaced. It was bubbled up in places where you could actually trip while walking. It’s old. The lobby, the halls, and the room had a smell. Once you put the AC on , room was ok. Had to ask for milk for cereal at breakfast. Ice machine not working, you’d have to go back to the lobby/office to get ice from management. We didn’t bother getting ice, it would require going downstairs, (no elevator) leaving the building to get to another building lol. It was ok, there was a little freezer in the mini fridge. We did have to ask for sheets and pillows. (Only bottom sheet on sofa bed) management was nice. Pool closes earlier than other hotels."

"Stayed for 2 nights recently and absolutely loved our stay. Rooms are very clean and spacious, the size of 2 NYC apartments! The owner Mike is a complete gem and always greets you as if it was the first time he has met you. The housekeeping staff is excellent (We especially loved Katrina), accommodating and attentive. Will definitely stay again!"

"Three adults and three children went on a 3-day weekend and the room size is great but I can say that it does need a little bit of updating, for instance, when you call a customer service, their phones don't work,(w/ 3 phones in the room) you have to use your own to get through. The toilets don't flush very well. The continental breakfast was a little cheap and stale. Also their ice machine was broken so anytime you need an ice he had to go to the front desk to get it yourself. But other than that, it's a very tranquil and clean property. We would come again thank you."
