"Not professional personnel. Rude. Late delivery than told. I ordered and deposited 50% amount on April 28th 2021. They said 2 weeks for cabinet and 1 week for countertop. Or, if not maximum end of May 2021. When I followed up, they replied very unprofessional and irresponsible. Finally they fixed countertop on 11th June 2021, - 4:15 PM. Time was given morning- I called my contractor in the morning- Even in the last day We waited all day. Next day when I called for handle and glass door, they told me to come pick up. (While everything was paid)"

"We purchased our cabinets and countertops through Star Kitchen and from day one, the staff (Kenny, Donna, and Leslie) at this store has been incredibly accommodating and going the whole nine yards to ensure customer satisfaction. We like the design of the new kitchen - we got more storage than before and it feels bigger and more open. Docked a star due to several oopsies throughout the project. Cabinets: We went with 21st century cabinets and the glacier door model. Price was reasonable for the cabinets and am so far happy with the construction of the woodwork. However, the paint chips VERY easily on these cabinets, not really sure why, but we recently moved into the house and only started using the kitchen this December and already there are noticeable chips. This is pretty disappointing since they're really pretty cabinets. We also had several oopsies when the cabinets first got delivered, some had major paint chips in the doors or damages to the box. Kenny went above and beyond to ensure that these issues were corrected - they even did some custom cabinetry for us after the manufacturer kept sending us wrong pieces and styles, i.e. fridge cabinetry, the woodwork under the cabinets to hide puck lights. You'll notice our crown is a bluish white and not the same color as our cabinets, we eventually gave up as the manufacturer sent us the wrong crown like, 3 times w/o informing us till the final time that our desired crown was out of stock (why not say that the first time?). Kenny did his best to see what was good with this company b/c someone just kept messing up. It's not his fault and we completely understand. All in all, I wouldn't recommend 21st century based on their screw ups. Maybe go with a different brand if possible. We appreciate Kenny's efforts. Counters: We love our Taj Mahal Quartzite countertops. I've gotten quotes from other fabricators and stores for this particular stone and it was almost double the price Star Kitchen quoted me for. If there was an issue with the counters, they were corrected quickly and swiftly. Cons with Star Kitchen: When things were to be delivered we were given estimated days by Star Kitchen, but then things would be scheduled earlier without advanced notice, so we would get a call while away from the house that our items were going to be delivered in the next hour or so. Totally short notice and should be corrected. Thank you Star Kitchen, Kenny, Leslie, and Donna. Really love the way the kitchen turned out!!! Would recommend Star Kitchen as they go above and beyond to make their customers happy!!"
