"Clean rooms and welcoming staff. Location is right off the thruway and adjacent to a gas station and pizza place which is very convenient. One evening it snowed and I awoke to a path shoveled around my car, was very kind of them"

"Out of the way location for reasonable safe stay. Local cop out patrolling most of night. Rooms were dated and beat up- but if you are looking for a cheap room to sleep, shower, and rest for a night its just fine. Had to stuff my key in their little window in the morning though."

"I would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy! Beds hard as a rock, pillows flat. Can only find someone at the desk during checkin from 3-5. I had FRAUD committed on my credit card and had to cancel the card after talking with my credit card company. Manchester Inn charged me for another stay the following week and told me that I’d even checked in. Not on your life!!!! The only way they got my credit card number was when I had to give it to them for incidentals during my stay that I actually booked. They have not been helpful!!! Not a trustworthy company!!! I will never stay here again!!!!!"

"We stayed here because we were going to see Duran Duran in Canandaigua. The room was a little dated but it was clean. Good hot water and WiFi, no complaints there. Comfortable bed and not noisy. Staff was good. We enjoyed our stay."

"Nice place to stay but they need to get the bug problems taken care of, have had to stay there a few times because of work and thats where they put us. Seen cockroaches in a couple of the rooms and either fleas or bed bugs. Woke up a few times itching and scratching because something bit me and at first thought it was mosquitos but bites stayed longer then a mosquito bite would"
