"Had high hopes when I got Heather Nichols as a lawyer. But that turned out to be a big mistake. I had Heather as my lawyer for 6+ months and I had nothing taken care of that whole time and getting in contact with anyone was close to impossible. Out of all the times I tried getting ahold of her or her secretary over these 6+ months, I was only answered a hand full of times. After playing the waiting game forever and then finding out that she keeps all of her clients files on an outside porch in a filing cabinet covered with a tarp (because she has no office)... I decided to get a new lawyer. (Who took care of everything and got it done within a month) Heather was the most unprofessional lawyer I have ever used and I would recommend her to absolutely NO ONE. Save yourself the money and look else where. When I asked for my money back (since nothing was done this whole time) she sent me an invoice where it showed out of the 6+ months all she had done was send a few lousy emails and made 1 single phone call. Which apparently cost me $300. And to even get my remaining retainer from her was like pulling teeth. When she did finally decide to answer me, she told me that it was mailed to my new attorney on the 6th.. My attorney never even received it until the 20th and when Heather did answer me about it (surprisingly) she said it was hand delivered which made no sense since she already said it was mailed on the 6th. Unless you enjoy paying for a lawyer and then waiting weeks on end for replies, and months to just have a few emails and 1 call made... DO NOT USE HER. I will NEVER recommend her to anyone. When I say she was unprofessional, I truly mean it."

"Completely worthless!! Was appointed Heather as my lawyer. I called and left messages repeatedly without a notice in the mail or a call back. Lucky I had to rate because I wouldn’t have given them anything. Don’t even bother with them. Very unprofessional."
