"Rich and his staff were very professional. I am very happy with my backsplash and will definitely be going back for additional work."
"After visiting the showroom a few times and reading the reviews- I decided to have Accu-Tile do the work. We are 1 week into the job(counter & floor) and I've experienced nothing but professionalism, on target time frame and lovely staff(at showroom and craftsmen). The installers are limited at speaking English- and I'm limited at speaking Spanish- we communicated just fine! Rich has been there to oversee the work several times and we always have good conversation- we're both local and love our community. I'll be updating my review as work progresses."
"Rich and his team were helpful in the upfront planning and product selection for our bathroom remodel. Then followed that with timely, professional, and quality work. Rich was on the job site several times to ensure that work was proceeding well and that we were satisfied at each step. We were so happy with the bathroom that we asked him to do a second bathroom, which was completed with the same positive experience as the first."
"Richie seems like a very nice person at first. Told me about his kids and even tried to give me life advice. I asked him via text if he had any 35x35 tiles at the shop. He said yes and to come in and look the next day. He didn't have ANY 35x35's. He lied to get me in his shop to look at other style tiles I might like. Waste of time. I used tiles I bought for the job instead. I gave him a tile and plumbing job. I stressed that everything had to be done before the weekend as I was celebrating my girlfriends birthday. He assured me everything including the plumbing would be done by Friday. Friday came, the tile was done (not the best job) but the plumbing was not. I needed an adapter for my shower faucet to fit properly. I asked him if he can have his plumber pick one up. Didn't get a response. He called me later and said his plumber was pissed and had been at home depot for an hour and a half looking for the part. He then had me go out hunting for the part and even asked me to go to Home Depot where his plumber had supposedly already been. I came home empty handed but told him I still wanted the plumbing done. He tells me its too late and his plumber can't make it. He knew his plumber was never going to be able to make it by Friday and had me go out searching for the part anyway to create an excuse for the plumber not to come. He said "how's tomorrow" knowing it wouldn't work for me. Onto the tile job. His guys didn't speak any English. They used and angle grinder for cutting almost everything including the scluter edges. Nothing looks clean. They put grout between the tile and the sink when it should be caulking. Richie said he would throw in a backsplash that matched the sink. He didn't. The one his guy provided is darker than the sink and doesn't look right at all. When Richie was at my house looking at the job he started talking about religion. How the Jewish people are a cult and they're taking over the area. He mentioned some derogatory comments about them that I can't disclose here. All I could say as be was venting was "wow really, that's terrible" I was in an uncomfortable position. I wish I didn't have to write this review, but people need to know about the dishonesty and quality of work. I don't want others to have to go through the same thing."
"Unfortunately we were completely taken advantage of by Rich, the owner of AccuTile. A complete disaster of a kitchen renovation. He is the kind of dishonest contractor that gives the good ones a bad name. Great at collecting money and then disappeared. Incompetent subcontractors who had nothing but bad things about working with him. So many red flags that we missed from the start. We had to fire them from the job and hire a new contractor to finish the project. Cabinets delivered were damaged and we have no recourse outside of court and honestly we would rather lose the money than have to waste our time fighting with this man any longer. Unfortunate that people like this exist in business. Have heard other horror stories from local people after the fact. Our fault for now doing our research on him. Beware."
