"Pretty terrible customer service. I arrived early to pick out my glasses before my exam so that I could try to speed through the process before my job started. The office is scheduled to open at 8:30, my appointment was 8:40. The office manager didn't show up until almost 8:45 to open the place. I had to go to work but my husband stayed and finished his appointment and said it took forever. Luckily, there are plenty of other eyecare places around."
