"This place is what a small town hardware store should be. It has an amazing selection of fasteners, and a great staff that knows what they are talking about. It's been a great resource for us in this town. We have noticed however that in the last year or so that the staff seems different, like there are problems on the home front? The manager is short, cold, and down right mean at times. Bad day? What happened? The staff openly talks about the tension from the "boss", and they all seem on edge and upset. It's weird because three years ago it was a well oiled machine, now everyone seems ready to jump out the window and into oncoming traffic...??? Hope it's something easily fixed because this was a great store."
