Edit: Mr. Brotherton provided a settlement proposal 1 week after the judge told him to, showed up to court late, and stated 19 days wasn't enough time for him to answer an 11 item reply with minor details. If I acted that way I'd be in hot water, yet he is allowed to be that unprofessional. Edit: 54 days have gone by between the offer where he asked for the house, and the counter where I agreed to give the house, and he asks the judge for a continuance because he wants an appraisal. An appraisal for a piece of property his client is receiving. Best lawyer if you want your divorce to take forever, absolutely forever."
