"Great night staff. Quick service. Got some much needed short stay rest."

"We were in room 27. There was a used condom in the corner. The rug was sticky and visibly filthy. The walls were smoke stained. The A/C was nonfunctional, and it was 80° outside. The bathroom door hinge was damaged, so closing it was difficult. There was hair and grime in the shower. The bedding had stains all over it. While there, we noticed the cleaning ladies (if you can call them that), only bringing in fresh towels and removing dirty ones. Would not recommend. There is a no refund policy. If there was a refund policy, we would have left and slept in the truck. Needless to say, we hit up Walmart, bought cleaning supplies, new bedsheets, and stayed the night. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Disgusting and extremely unsatisfied."

"I live within 4 miles of this motel. I have been here a LOT of times, for a short get away and to soak in the jacuzzi tub for a few days. Will is so attentive to any issue you may have. From the tv remote not working or you can't figure out the drain on the jacuzzi to any issues with other loud or unruly guests. He always corrects any situation. If your looking for a 5 star motel, this is not it. However, the staff are always there to help, housekeeping is always attentive and very kind. For a stay for a few days, I recommend this place. In the years I have been retreating here, I have never seen any bugs or roaches. Carpets could be cleaned more often. All in all you get what you pay for and this place is a 10/10 in my book."

"Literally the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Reeked of cigarette smoke, crayon & marker covering the damaged walls & lampshade, dingy looking, no screen or locking bathroom window, smoke detector sitting on the sill, no water pressure, very noisy people staying here & road noise. Keep driving!! We were desperate traveling with 2 small dogs & everything sold out on a Saturday night:("

"Avoid this place !! I've been going there for years and it has gone down hill the last few years and after the last visit I will not be going back . We had gotten room with hot tub due to having severe joint pain and were in the room less that two hours before seeing roaches. One or two I can see but the amount that was seen was absolutely gross. When I went to front desk to get refunded I was told I couldn't get. Refund and was told to come back to speak to a manager. I went today and spoke to a manager who pretty much told me the same thing I wasn't get a refund but will comp me a room on the house . Makes no sense since I will never go back after this experience . I even told him we had gotten bit and he replied "roaches don't bite" which is complete false info I've see it numerous times. I do not recommend this place to anybody and will be sending pictures and videos to the health dept as well as the city dept of health due to this owner also owning another place in queens that I wouldn't frequent either . So much for the "customer is always right " phrase . FYI motel across the street newly renovated and is very nice . Parking is tight but overall nice in and out."
