Had a Amazon return he didn’t even look at what I had on my phone told you no you have to print that out I can’t help you but my fiancé went there a week ago with a Amazon return same thing on his phone and the other lazy scanned it printed it out and said thank you have a good day. So one week they can do there job and the next week say can’t help you with that."

"The lady at the ups store was Rude, very unprofessional, told me I had to remove prior sticker on Box, and proceeded to slap the printed sticker over it without precision, she then started folding the box flaps inwards over the other box flaps instead of just properly taping the box, Just wanted to inform. I didn't even get a Good morning or a welcoming. I said Good Morning remain polite, thanking her and even saying have a good day. Rt 30 Amsterdam NY UPS Lady is careless and has a really unpleasant demeanor. Overall, she gets an F."
