"Highway robbery! Didn’t have the return label and they charge $4 to print it (vs Fedex and many other UPS stores that are free) and their excuse is that they are a franchise and providing a service and they can charge whatever they want!!!! UPS should have some policies for their franchises so they won’t ruin their brand with some greedy !"

"This UPS is not like others. They charge $4 to print labels and another $4 to add tape. Most UPS do this for you. Disappointed with their customer service. Also I bought their tape there and it's the worst tape ever!"
