"Went over there this afternoon, the girl working there chose to help the Arabic man behind me before me..when she told him come I ll give you your stamps..her Co worker white man told her he has to wait and she did not listen.I did not say anything to her I waited then dropped of my package which took 30 sec.max Arabic man apologized to me before he left the store. Not nice"
"Zee, the one woman working here was holding it DOWN on a Saturday afternoon. She was locked in, often handling two people at once and moved through a line of 7 people in less than 5 minutes, I was shocked."
"I'm really upset with this place! They charged me a crazy $3.24 for just one sheet of print! And on top of that, they added a ridiculous $26 fee for a plain laptop shipping box! It's like they don't care about fairness at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They seem to be all about making money and don't care about treating customers right. It's just not worth it to deal with their overpriced and unfair practices. STAY AWAY!"
"Terrible place I sent a small envelope and paid $16 for this tiny envelope. Some elderly man worker took advantage of the fact that I had just arrived and do not speak English well. You should be ashamed of yourself man. My letter was lost and the money for sending the $16 is not refunded. I have already come several times, and all transferred to some manager who is never in the office. What a barn and not an office"
"The older guy in the glasses/semi bald (he is usually there) tried to charge me $5 for picking up a package smh! Meanwhile the click & collect service to pick up a package that is shipped to a UPS location is free (especially in my case when the retailer at the time of purchase said it’s free of charge). Be aware & don’t fall for their scams! I told the worker I’m pretty sure it’s free let me check with the retailer & he immediately said “no, it’s okay you know for next time”....yeah okay I’m not having packages redirected to this location again. He would’ve been caught in his lies if I spoke to the retailer. I’m just writing this review so other customers know as well!"
