"I had to return items from Amazon. I was told UPS accepted returns. I went in with my items not realizing I had to be prepared with the return code. I went to the Amazon app and fumbled a bit. Oh my goodness! I was treated with so much contempt by the man working there! Impatient, sarcastic, rude. I returned 1 item and left. I went elsewhere and finished my returns without having to deal with a bad attitude. Speaking of returns, I will never return to this UPS store!! No customer should have to put up with awful treatment."

"I have been coming here for years. If I…. the customer ask for Frank because the manager is condescending and telling me I can’t see the box he was going to put my gift in and telling me the same thing over and over again on repeat, that should not be an issue for Frank. But Frank’s response was I’m not telling you anything different than he told you and if you are not happy you can go to another store. Poor customer service and insulting honestly. I don’t treat my clients and customers like that. I don’t expect to be treated that way either. I also said to Frank that the manager was standing behind him and laughing, Frank just ignored me while the manager actually acknowledged what I said and apologized for laughing."
"Not sure if anyone realizes, but sometimes life goes pretty fast when you’re doing the daily commute, the daily grind, shuffling kids here and there for school, and have to deal with the stress of work like we all do. Sometimes people don’t always read small print and need friendly reminders. Frank’s disposition was AWFUL. His words to me were “be aware that when it says customer has to pack, that means you have to tape your own box. I’ll do it for you this time but next time I’m going to charge you.” Now, there’s really nothing wrong with what he said to me, but there’s a lot wrong with how he said it to me. He said it in a very condescending tone. Almost as if he was absolutely disgusted with me. L O L I mean I laugh out loud here because it’s absolutely just ridiculous. Why not just say to someone in a friendly tone to someone you never met in your life, “Hey, not sure if you know this or not but it says you have to tape your box closed yourself. Would you like me to do it for you? Do you want to do it yourself? Otherwise I have to charge you - so sorry about that I know most people Don’t read that stuff and all us UPS guys just know about that stuff because we deal with it every day.“ But Frank: Not friendly at all. And the biggest giveaway right there FRANK, you didn’t even make eye contact with me for one moment. Customer service 101 would dictate eye contact is extremely important when dealing with customers. Might want to learn that lesson pal! Frank, you also might not want to talk negatively about customers to other customers right after they leave because I saw you doing that with your other customer as I was still parked outside the store. Yeah, I have pretty good experience reading lips since I’m in law-enforcement. I walked in, didn’t know you, or the store because I’ve never ever been to this one before, said good morning to you, and you seemed like life was miserable. Try being a friendly guy and your store will be more successful instead of having an average rating of 2.2. Have a good day FRANK."
"Frank is a great help. He's competent and a good guy. His father Frank senior was also a great help as well. I've been using this ups store since I was a teenager. They're reliable and hard working.
