"Had a pleasant experience at this UPS store location yesterday. I am not local resident and was just in the surrounding area stumbling in sending out some last minute gifts. I was serviced by a lady kizzi. Great customer service and made my store visit easy and straight to the point. If I am ever in the area again I will return thanks to her customer service."

"DO NOT GO THERE! WOMEN SHOULD NOT FEEL SAFE COMING HERE AT ALL! On12/11 A male employee tried to physically assault my girlfriend because he was frustrated that she didn’t have a box for her package. He threatened to shoot her and called her obscenities a number of times. There’s absolutely no reason she should have been cursed at or called out of her name, threatened or even come close to being physically attacked. The store manager had to hold the employee back from not hurting her. GET RID OF THIS GUY FAST! THERE ISN’T A MISUNDERSTANDING WHATSOEVER THAT SHOULD RESULT IN THE CUSTOMER FEELING THREATENED FOR THEIR LIFE AND SAFETY BY A COMPANY EMPLOYEE."

"It was so great to see Kizzy yesterday morning and be helped by her. She is such a pleasant women and goes above and beyond for her customers and always has a positive and wonderful attitude. It’s times I won’t do business at the store if the other young lady is there, and unfortunately she is not as welcoming as Kizzy. Kizzy is amazing. All stars for her"

"UPS manager or person opening the store did not open the store at 9am. They were sitting on a chair and saying not open yet when the door was open at 9am. Very poor customer service and then they didn’t open the store till a lot later as I waited for a long time and left. I had to go to another store."
