"This is the slowest store I ever used. No matter what time there always a line outside the store waiting. Avoid it if you can A simple drop off return package would take 5 minutes here. Other ups take only 5 secs"

"I was in this location for return today, standing in line outside from 3:37 pm with other customers. There was one female customer in front of me and when her turn came up one male customer cut off the line before her from nowhere. I went to the door and told front desk attendant not to take him since he cut off the line he was not in line but still he started scanning customers’s cell phone and taking his items (backpack) I was continue telling them it’s not fair while other customers waiting in line outside. Even other employee from behind the desk didn’t not listen to me and said go outside only 2 customers allowed at a time. When I went to the front desk they said he was there before half an hour ago but I didn’t see him before as I was standing outside from 3:37 pm. If they have special service for their friends or family or relatives I have nothing to say but it’s not fair enough to me and others customers what they did today. Returned was made at 4:04 pm. 11/15/23 00:20 AM Thank you for your response and addressing my concerns. I hope it will not happen again to me and other customers."

"BE CAREFUL WITH RETURNS! I would recommend being very careful with returns to this location! 2 times now I have gotten charged for returns that I brought to this location..... that were never returned to Amazon or QVC! I did keep the receipt for 1...but will NEVER use this location again! Also the wait time is usually very very long."

"I recommend the owner stop copy pasting lazy replies, and actually hire more help / pay your hires more, rather than underserve your community. In the meanwhile, customers should use other UPS locations if at all possible, or the far superior and well maintained FedEx location. The line here is always out the door, down the block and filled with misery."

"Might as well repeat most of the other reviews here since I’ve been on a long line in 98° for the last 20 minutes. This location always has a line they feels 6-10+ customers long. It’s WAY too small and understaffed of a location for this neighborhood. Jackson Heights is a traffic-heavy area and only this 1 tiny (slow AF) location doesn’t cut it. They’re also always pretty slow once you do get in. It’s super frustrating:"
