"I wish I remembered her name, but today I walked in, the store was busy.and didn't have the right information to do my amazon return. Not only was she able to help me negotiate how to figure it out for me on my cell phone. But she was enormously consciences with other people waiting."

"When I arrived the line stretched outside the store. People complained it was cold so the employees allowed the people to circle inside. Then people complained the store was too small. There are self-service machines where you can print your own label, but people complained about that too, because they wanted a separate line for them. Even though the store was too small for one line. Through it all, the employees were quiet, efficient and professional. Took me about 10 minutes to complete my drop off. Instead of responding to the stupid, insulting criticism-as if the size of the store and the amount of people in it is their doing -they just kept working their butts off. I respect them for it. 5 stars."

"They are very kind, and wait time was too short so it was good then he helped me ship my documents to india and the price wasn’t bad at all and they sent my documents in 2 days that was fast. I’m glad that i choose ups to ship my package."

"JOANDY is rude. he was trying to charge me for a box when i have it boxed up and everything ready with my shipping label making me carry my large return and refusing to do his job. when i have the amazon no box needed free return. I had the box anyways so i thought it would be easier but not according to joandy."
