"Maria is very useful and smart on what she does the issue is idk who to blame tbh but whenever I call - I say hi is Maria there and do I need an appointment for health insurance as Maria is a broker for health insurance her staff says NO . Then when I take time out of my day to drive to her location it’s locked ( mind you this is also at 11:35, when they say they open at 11 am) or Maria is not there . Mind you , I called to confirm all the details before hand “a. Is Maria there, b.when and what time will she be there , c.what are your hours of operation” and this has happened 3x now . What is the actual issue ??"
