"I came to this UPS store the other day in the afternoon for notary service. Received a confirmation email at 4:30 AM the same morning about my appointment. I walked into the store and one guy said my appointment was canceled and he called my number this morning and tried to leave a voice mail. I then checked my phone and told him I didn’t receive either. Then he said “do you use a different number? We called you the number you gave us.” I was confused and about to double check my confirmation email and then he asked “Are you Paul?” - “No” (also it’s funny he thinks a petite Asian girl would be named Paul. So basically they canceled my appointment without letting me know, wasting my time and money getting there. he stood there awkwardly for a moment and told me well there is no appointment today. No apologies. They need to train their employees again for customer service. They most they did was to point me to a nearby pharmacy. Very disappointed. Will try to avoid this location at all cost."

"the guy with middle eastern Turban Cap with 80's big eye glasses is unprofessional and extremely rude. i would avoid to deal with the person. He is very unkind and not helpful to answer some simple questions. he ask me if i am not paying his over time i should leave. the guy dislike his work, and he has zero respect to customers. i understand they have alot to do with small space with many customers but there is no reason to be extremely rude . he is picking up wrong manner from America. I highly recommended to go other places. not worth your time."

"I needed a notary and made an appointment on this UPS Store's website 3 days in advance. I spent money on an Uber to get there. When I arrived, I was informed there was no notary and that he had left for the day. No apology. I am extremely disappointed because I needed to make an appointment for a specific time on a weekend day without having to wait in a line. If they don't honor appointments, it should be a walk in only system."

"If you are looking to get a package, don't hold your breath for this location. I had a package "attempted" delivery to my apartment (they didn't try to deliver because I was home all day, instead they chose to leave a paper note on the outside of my building), I go to the store and they tell me it's not there yet.. I go back AGAIN and they tell me it's been sent back to the sender. Then they tell me there's nothing they can do about it because even though they are UPS, they are independently owned. You would think that UPS would be able to correct an error made on UPS's end. Horrible."

"I've been a customer of this place for a long time, being a resident of Astoria. Decent customer service except today. I asked if I could print out a label for shipping to the guy at the register, the guy wearing a white turbant, and he directed me to the computer saying it'll cost 3.50 but then I found out the use of the computer will be 3.50 but fine... and additional money to print out a "label" that it's not even a label but just a paper, when I called him out as to why wasn't he being specific that the system wouldn't even print out a label he raised his voice, so you would know my reaction to that as I do not take disrespect. You need to be better. People with that kind of attitude have no place in front of a register. I'm a regular customer, and I don't want to be in that situation again"
