"I’ve been visiting this location for over a year for anything I needed shipped via UPS. I’m usually greeted with a smile, even though the lines tend to be long when I do visit, the hospitable cashier usually leaves me with a welcoming feeling. But today was completely different. What I can only assume to be the owner of the location, took care of the three customers in front of me extremely quickly but when I was next in line she proceeded to use the computer and converse with a coworker for over 10 minutes forcing me to wait for the other cashier to become available. Left me feeling like my business was unwanted there. I guess that’s what comes with having no competitors in the area. Like I said at the top of this comment, my visit is usually better that’s why I’m giving them a 3 and not a 2 star."
