The UPS Store 9322 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11209

"Here is the situation I had to deal with: *I shipped the package from FL to myself in NY (big painting) * my package was shown as “delivered at Met customer” while I was home. It was never delivered to my building (we checked footage). * the customer service was unreachable. * the UPS store I shipped it from in FL said “We can’t help” (Read they don’t want to get involved) * the claim was filed but no one from UPS reached out to me. ⠀ Only one person was kind enough to help me. Yasmine Wenzel- a UPS manager from my local shop (the shop had absolutely nothing to do with my situation)! “It’s odd that the package is lost, shown as “delivered at met customer, while you were home, yet no one can track it down!” From this frase on Yasmine showed me an unparalleled professionalism, kindness and being persistent with getting my situation resolved. She called multiple UPS representatives, have sent emails on my behalf, stayed in touch with me to keep me posted about updates in my case… And you know what? My package-an important family painting miraculously was returned to me! I can’t thank enough Yasmine Wenzel for her help! Thank you so very much! ❤️❤️❤️ ⠀"

"Been going here for over 5 years now, and find service to be consistently friendly, polite, fairly efficient and helpful. It can get crowded, but I take that as a sign that they have a lot of repeat customers. Never had any real problem here. Thanks guys!"

"Dumb and dumber run this place. Smh. The worst. They told me they didn't have a package 3 separate times and then got sent back on a truck and nobody helped. Only gave me a 1800 number which my client had to call from China. Once again instructions weren't followed by ups and the store did absolutely nothing to help. I had been going to this store a few times a week for years(I run and operate a courier/delivery business) . Due to screwing me over and losing an important client and then doing absolutely nothing to help this store has lost my business forever. Also refused to give me owner/manager contact info. Very concerning behavior. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS FOR IMPORTANT ITEMS !!!"

"I absolutely love this particular UPS. The staff are uniformly efficient polite professional and so very very nice. The stores open until 8:00 p.m. which aligns with my schedule perfectly. I cannot say enough about the store how well stocked it is how well organized it is and the wonderful people who work there"
