"Terrible customer service. Line outside the door and down the block. There was a customer in front of me at the counter for 10 min. They took their time with her but when I got to the counter and couldn’t find my QR code right away I was told “you’re going to have to step outside cause I have to take care of customers”. Not “other customers” but “customers”. And once I find my QR code, I would have to go outside to the back of the line all over again? Umm no, that’s not how customer service works. He was Dismissive and had an attitude the entire time I waited in line. The young lady that works there finally returned with smoothies for herself and her coworkers which seemed more important than taking care of the 15 customers waiting in line ? Preferential treatment of select customers. Got it. Will never get my business again."

"The workers at this location are quick and reliable, never had an issue with them before. The lines are long but patience is key with any mail service. Come early if you can."

"Brian and Anfernee Are absolute angels they are so helpful And they went out of their way to make sure that my package was dropped off during a difficult and last minute situation. They gave me all the necessary steps and went above and beyond even staying past closing time off the clock in order to make sure my issue was resolved. They went out of their way to explain to me in depth how and why at every step.They deserve a raise given this was exceptional customer service that is rare and not found frequently. They truly reassured me that there is faith in customer service. I can’t thank them enough they are amazing!! Thank you to them!"

"I'm from the neighborhood and though things are changing the customer service in there was horrible. And that's because there is a sign outside that says 2ppl at a time but the way the girl with the nose ring said it was not welcoming, maybe instead of being on her phone she should've been expediting the customer so we could get goin with our day. WE HAVE TO DO BETTER!!!! And another note the gentleman that helped me out was kind and welcoming."
