"The old short white man in the store is very rude and not helpful! All he does is give the Indian man to do all the work. He calls next just to give a paper to fill out then the Indian man puts the information in the system. He should be removed or have someone else work behind the desk! Someone who is helpful needs to be in there or shut the place down!"
"The man that opens up & scans your items is not a friendly customer service type person. He appears to be upset at 10am. I go at 9:50a & even when the lady comes since they need 2 people to open for business, they don't ever say, okay, we're open now. We just stand out in the cold til we think we can open the door then the man says, come come, what you want. Very very very poor customer service. But he does scan your items correctly tho and it's closer to my residence."
"It's inside the pharmacy to the right. My experience was quick and easy. Tip: If you have an Amazon Return with a QR code and don't want to go in person, simply label your package with the QR code and order a UPS pick-up for it. The driver will collect it and bring it to the office where the shipping label will be added. The driver might need a quick explanation though."
