Elderberry Pond Restaurant is a hidden gem located at 3712 Center Street Road in Auburn, New York. Situated on a certified Organic Farm in the beautiful Fingerlakes region of upstate New York, this restaurant offers a unique dining experience like no other.
The restaurant overlooks the orchards, vineyards, and seasonal vegetable plantings on the 36-acre farm, providing a picturesque backdrop for a delicious meal. In addition to their farm-to-table offerings, Elderberry Pond Restaurant also boasts an excellent selection of wines, beers, coffees, and teas from around the world. Their meats come from heritage pigs and chickens that are pasture-raised, and they take pride in growing over 50 varieties of Certified Organic Apples for various culinary purposes.

Reviews
"It is difficult for me to find anything on their regular menu that I want to order, and to my taste, the food here can be bland. But, the special prix fixe turkey dinner they serve around the Thanksgiving holiday is pretty good. Their flourless chocolate tart is excellent, as is the service. POST PANDEMIC UPDATE-1: It's been four years since we last visited this restaurant. The special turkey dinner has lost a bit in quality. Instead of turkey carved from the breast, it's sliced from a boneless turkey roll. However, the flourless chocolate tart, mushroom soup, ambience and service are very good."
"Me and my boyfriend came for a spa weekend in the area escaping NYC. Found this place and I totally recommend it. Flavours were amazing. Had the risotto and artichoke pizza. So genuine and rustic. Service was super nice and friendly. I wish more places like this existed closer to NYC."
"What a quaint beautiful place in the country just outside of Skaneateles. Attended an anniversary party, never heard of this place. Food is excellent farm to table and great service."
"Beautiful charming place to have a relaxing meal. Food is truly farm to table. Asking about their daily beef entree, you will it be disappointed."
"Food was great! So peaceful and pretty outside on the patio. We will definitely be back. The male server, that we didn't get, seemed great and we hope we get him next time !"
