"I've been a patient for 5 years and stressed doctor malerba medication was not working and he basically told me that I would never be cured with medication that only counciling will help witch when you can't even bring your self to get out of bed, shower or brush your hair how do they expect you to get out of bed for an appointment. It got so sever from not properly being treated I'm almost completely bold from having to pull my hair out trying to brush it and save what I could. It took me and a friend 4 whole days being persistent to try to save some of my hair to get it unmatted. On top of the stress of all that in 5 years of attending I've had 2 issues with appointments and not being able to make it due to my mental health and it being so bad I faced losing my kids so what did they do discharge me in the time I most needed the help. Pure heartless and I understand there's people waiting but focus on the patients you have already your not helping, before worrying about getting new. How do you expect a female patient to open up to a male doctor anyways with such personal issues, he can't possible understand how it feels as a female because he isn't one himself and the toll of losing your hair from lack of help and the embarrassment of never wanting to leave your house because now you look like a bold rat! Stop putting every patient into 1 category and help your patients as individuals, because we are all are own person and none of us are alike. What medications work for one don't always work for all. Thanks for basically keeping me alive for 5 more years but you get no credit for actually helping or curing me/ attempting to cure me atleast."
