"DO NOT USE .. I would give zero stars if I could. Serviceman shows up to fix electric reclining sofa that has 2 reclining end seats. Unplugs 1 of the seats from the connector and plugs it into the other seat. So now that 1 seat is working he tells me the buttons are the reason the other seat isn't working and I would have to order the parts then hands me a bill for $175.00 and told me if would cost me another $125.00 for him to come back and install the new button mechanism once I received it. I was quoted $175.00 to fix the entire sofa not half of it and I told him that. At this point I was aggravated and paid the money. I then called the company that I purchased the sofa from and they sent a serviceman that fixed the entire sofa. He said the lighting in the cup holders was affecting the seats and he disconnected and now both reclining seats work fine. I called the above company back to explain that their serviceman should've know this and that they should issue a partial refund as they only fixed half of my sofa. Lady who claims to be office manager (who was very arrogant) claims that they will not issue partial refund. Look elsewhere for your furniture repair needs unless you want to pay full price for half of the job!!!"
