"This review is specifically regarding their online site. I ordered through their website and received an incomplete light fixture missing the main part of the fixture. The customer service rep refuses to believe me and will not refund or replace. All I have now is a huge box with a few globes. They also charged my credit card 6 months before shipping due to a backorder. I'm out over a thousand dollars. Would not recommend ordering through this business."
