"This review is long overdue, I should have left it the minute I saw a roach next to their food. Anyhow, today I went to get a butter and jelly bagel and waited for 15 minutes and still was not attended to. I said hello I would like to order the lady said wait for the guy.I patiently waited, I went ahead and asked the lady if the man knew someone was waiting to order she said just wait for him to come. After 15 minutes I asked the lady if she can let the deli man know someone is waiting, I still patiently waited. At this point there are other people waiting to order sandwiches. I ended up leaving with a bag of crackers. The lack of customer service in this place is horrible. No communication. The worst thing is not even that. On the counter of the glass holding the food, you can notice roaches crawling. You guys need to tidy up a little bit since the state of this store should make you feel ashamed to be Hispanics. Would you like to eat at a restaurant where you can see roaches near the dish you're serving? Get back to your roots and keep in mind the reasons you chose to launch your company. Excellent customer service contributes to a positive client experience."

"This is the bodega that I usually go whenever I need something, they make good sandwich and their hot food is good and cheap just so everyone knows, on saturdays and sundays they dont make hot food. The staff are very friendly and respectful. Im glad that this bodega is around the area!"
