Happier Grocery 365 Canal Street, Manhattan, New York 10013

"Was excited for groceries on canal street, but this is not a grocery store; its quick service pizza and odd overpriced gifts and gourmet (high priced unrecognizable brands) food items. Every time i go in for a few items i need, they never have even one. Major disappointment, esp with Gourmet Garage nearby closed."

"My experience at this grocery store left much to be desired, as the sterile environment felt more clinical than welcoming. The atmosphere lacked the warmth typically associated with a neighborhood grocery - and simply “hi” or “welcome” would suffice, or just a smile. The staff's arrogance further exacerbated the issue; instead of providing assistance with a friendly demeanor, they seemed more interested in maintaining an air of superiority. Their dismissive attitude towards customer inquiries and apparent impatience reflected poorly on the overall service. Today I walked in for a coffee, the place was empty, no customers, only the staff, stood in front of the counter waiting but after being repeatedly ignored for over 10 minutes I decided to go Starbucks. I wish there was an option for zero stars."
