"MISSING SWING DOOR PART/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I am missing the swing Door Hardware for the Casual Home 600-44 End Table 24 Inch Pet Crate Espresso purchased from Amazon on 3/12/19. I contacted Casual Home several times via phone and email and did not receive one response! No offer to send the missing piece to hold the door in place. No response at all expect emails stating that they received my email. The crate door is being held on by a piece of string. Very unsightly. And I am out of the money. Amazon offered to refund the money when I sent the crate back. Which will cost me more money for packaging and shipping. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company!"

"I bought a few pet crates and chairs a while back and I thought they were terrific! Everything came at the scheduled time. The crates were very durable and the wood was very durable. I think they used cherry wood and mahogany. By the time my furniture was delivered to my home, everything was in perfect condition and the assembly portion was very easy. The wood is high quality and their selection of products is huge! They have book cases, night stands, pet crates, shelves, etc. My purchases were definitely worth it."
"I ordered 4 "solid wood" luggage racks that can hold "150" pounds on the top rack. LIES. I opened one and saw/proved this- immedietly repacked it and put in for refund. Their customer service is as dishonorable as their false advertising. They are one of Amazon's sellers so Amazon and them are refusing to refund me my delivery. At first they did not respond at all to seceral emails I sent (besides generic automated "we are working on this" but not really emails). It took calling in for a claim to even get the refund started and they refused to pay to ship back. Mind you shipping back would probably costs as much as the product since they are large parcels and costs around $40 a pop. Meanwhile my negative review on Amazon was not allowed to go thru because they are protecting their seller and now amazon is falsely advertising with this tactic of only posting positive reviews witha few bad ones for good measure. shameful. I literally spend $40k a year thru Amazon and Whole Foods (I am serious about organic nutrition) and have been a loyal customer for a long time. I live near Union Square- the farmer's market and other internet souces can provide me with everything I need- with little to no more hassle and less aggravation. I will get every cent back for these cheap racks regardless either thru my cc company or small claims court if I must. That is where I am at and I just had surgery yeaterday and cannot do physical work for 6 weeks so I have the time. Of course suing would be for exponentially more money considering my time and the other expenses added on to this trivial refund. I am all about ethics so I will take this all the way! They will lose also my business forever if those shipping labels at their cost is not in my email box by tomorrow- with a sincere apology- and a following FULL refund- they should probably throw in some added bonus credit at this point if they don't want me to sabatoge them all over the internet. Like I am doing now and I am a tide turner so... sit back and watch Goliath fall. We as consumers have ALL the power. I know this. I will not give my business to the dishonorable and casual Home's/Amazon's service and product and advertising has been completely dishonorable in this transaction. I would love to see them get a clue and make this right by tommorrow. I am not holding my breath. For this they deserve negative stars!"
