"Stumbled upon the Olive tree in the village of North Port. So glad I did. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about his products. The beautiful variety of olive oils and vinegars was amazing. They encourage me to taste anything that I was interested in. So much so that I bought 10 bottles of a variety of products. The woman was new, and she was so friendly and helpful. This place is a real gem, and a great addition to the small Town Of North port."

Mix it with the fig balsamic for a delicious dressing. And the Chipotle oil? Well...use with caution! Its spicy! Seriously, though. Its a wonderful little shop.
