"Upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked and disappointed to discover that extensive construction work was underway on the premises. It was deeply disappointing to learn about this only upon my arrival, as I had not been informed of the ongoing construction when making my reservation. The noise levels resulting from the construction were excessive and intolerable, disrupting any chance of peace and relaxation during my stay. Furthermore, upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by an unpleasant odor, which indicated a lack of cleanliness. Despite my hopes that this issue would be isolated, I found several areas of the room that appeared unclean and unkempt. This further compounded my discomfort and disappointment with the overall quality of my accommodations. The mattress had a distinct "U" shape to it as it folded up at both the head and foot of the bed. The deep impressions in the mattress also made it impossible to have a comfortable sleep. Add to that the smell of cigarettes and you get an idea of the conditions. The location was also quite concerning. Signs in front of each parking spot warned of the possibility of break-ins to vehicles and the hotel would not be responsible...quite concerning."

"I walked in to make a reservation for two rooms with two queen size beds.with the door that open adjacent so it was one big room.a few days prior to 12-2-23. I explained there would be eight people. The guy suggested that a get a two bedroom That has 1 king in the first room and the second room 2 queen size beds. I stopped by two night later and confirmed once again the reservation with another gentleman I believed to be a manager, and everything was confirmed again. I go to check in on Dec 2nd and the manager Sabrina can not find my reservation. She sees it in my wife's name that was away on a business trip. Sabrina was so rude and less then zero emotion. I then leave for a little to go to the supermarket and my daughter calls me to tell me when she went to the room there is only a queen and king bed there is no second queen. I immediately call the hotel and Sabrina very rudely with again zero emotion seas that there is no room like that and the guy must of been thinking of are Riverhead location. I said what do we do now. I said I need a second room. She said sorry they are sold out for a wedding. She did not even attempt to try and fix the problem. I wound up paying $460 for a room with two beds. We had to go to Target across the street and get air mattresses to have a place for people to sleep. Then on top of it because I was upset she tells me that I am banned for life and not welcomed back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL."

"Wish I took pics to share. Rooms were outdated and a little dirty. Looked like there were drops on all the walls and cabinets. The free breakfast was good. The gym was nice for a hotel gym! Had the all the basics. Staff was friendly."

"Stayed here for 2 nights for a friend’s wedding in LI. Nice room, if a bit outdated decor. Was very spacious and had a full-size fridge, and a stove, which I’ve rarely see in hotels. It was clean, well-stocked, and all the staff were very friendly! I did have a super weird experience on the second night. I don’t really believe in ghosts but some spooky stuff happened to me in my room. If you like ghosts or haunted places you should stay in room 416!"
