"Room was on the first floor and they have sheer curtains so at night ppl can see in you can’t close them and they have bright lights outside ur window smh….I smelled weed all night and kids running up and down the hall kitchen area was a little dirty dusty….they didn’t have any streaming services just reg simple cable tv they need a update"

"I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. Upon my stay, they charged me for two rooms without notifying me as I was checking in at the front desk! Despite multiple calls and assurances of a refund, it has been over a month, and I've received no communication or reimbursement. This lack of transparency and follow-through is unacceptable, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel due to these issues and feel misled by their promises."

"I been hilton honor member since 2018. I always stay at Hilton hotel for vacations. This is the worst Hilton hotel I ever stayed. If you like to stay in filth, stay at this hotel. The hotel rooms gives motel. From the pee stains , lifting rugs, crack in the wall, the stains on the cabinets, the dirty chair, the tampon in the hallway, the buildup dust. Don’t recommend this hotel anyone. If you want to stay at the Hilton homewood suites go to the one in westbury."

"Overall a pretty good hotel. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The free breakfast was pretty good quality. Plenty of free parking around the building. That said, the rooms could use a bit of maintenance, there were a lot of dings and dents in the furniture and walls of my room."

"This hotel is absolutely horrible! It truly needs renovations. The rooms smell like mold and mildew. The hallway to the elevators smell like straight mold and mildew where they need to shampoo or replace the carpets. The carpets throughout the hotel is full of stains. The chair in my room has stains. This by far is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at, and I do not recommend."
