"Pleasant Valley Motel was not so pleasant, Saggy bead, dirty cracked floors, Looks like it flooded and the flooring warped, low water pressure, No comforter on bed, just sheets and a thin blanket, Will not be back, More like a pay by the hour motel"

"The room was a complete dump, cold, blood stains in the room and we felt "stalked" by a couple of the shady residents there. We went down to the desk to request a refund because we decided to get up the nerve to leave before staying a full night and the tweaked out woman at the desk scammed me out of half of my deposit. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is NOT SAFE."

"OK so this is kinda an extended stay motel rates are $62 per but 280 ($40 per) if you take a week. It is possible to continuously rent a room and technically live here. It's rather quiet and peaceful as well. The manager doubles as maintenance but they're very nice. My fiance and I regularly visit and they are willing to remedy any issues you have during your stay. Wi-Fi is available but it is spotty in the end rooms. We usually get room 109 which doesn't really catch the Wi-Fi to well but it's fine"
