"Went through the drive thru and ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe and a 10 piece chicken nugget w/honey mustard. Checked my order when it was given to me and it was completely wrong. I was given 2 double cheeseburgers, large fries and 3 sweet n sour sauce’s. When I told the drive thru associate that my order was wrong, she quickly responded with a hostile tone, “that’s what you ordered and that’s what I see on my screen.” I then proceeded to show her my receipt and she gave it an instant look, then told me, “what is it that you ordered?” At this point I could’ve sworn that just showed the associate my receipt. Not only did she try to make me keep the order that I DID NOT ORDER, but she tried to make me pay extra to add on my original order…you remember, the double quarter pounder deluxe w/10 piece and honey mustard. I had enough at this point. I told the associate to hold on to that order and I went inside to speak to the supervisor. Spoke to the supervisor and explained my situation and the poor customer service I just received. Waited for a better response but unfortunately this supervisor was at a lose for words. No apology, No reconciliation, No proper customer service. I had enough at this point and demanded a full refund. The supervisor did a couple of circles in the kitchen before finally entering her closet for an office. I finally received my full refund, and still no remorse for what had taken place on her watch. Unfortunately for them, I took my refund to the Wendy’s down the street and enjoyed my actual ordered meal there with great customer service."
"Find many errors with orders via the drive thru, items missing, wrong items. Went for breakfast with the family and there was only two employee's in sight, no one taking orders. After a few minutes of calling out a woman came to take the order but there was communication problems and the other employee that spoke english came over to help. Very frustrating!"
"New experience at this location. Fast and courteous. Food was made to order and hot! Very friendly staff. Coming from a doctors appointment. It was nice to stop grab a quick bite to eat."
"I come here once a week for breakfast. It's bad enough that every time I come through, the staff acts like they are inconvenienced and I feel unwelcome. But when the manager is unwilling to fix a obvious error, it's time to take a look at your staff. I put in an order and my payment was withdrawn. And even though it went through and they could see it in the system, it wouldn't process. I just don't understand how someone in a managerial position cannot just say "oh I see she has an order here for a sausage biscuit and it's our fault it didn't go through, I will fix this and make the one $1 item." instead I was just told too bad, nothing they can do. I guess it's because they dont want to be inconvenienced."
"As far as McDonald's goes this is one of the freshest. Sometimes the service is a little slow but well worth the wait. The staff is pleasant. I will definitely be going back"
