"Worst deliver I've EVER received. I ordered a package prior to the snow storm we got on Jan 14th. I waited patiently thinking shipping was held up due to the storm and everyone digging out. Well today I was digging my car out, which was parked in the backyard of my house and beneath 4 feet of snow my shovel struck a plastic bag. Curious, I grabbed and and was shocked to see it was my package addressed to me!!! There was NO reason for it to be in my backyard next to my car when I have a front door and side door it could be delivered to safely! II've ordered many packages in my life and this is the first time I've seen this much blatant disregard for people's property. I really wish I could get an answer to what the driver was thinking but I'm sure I'll never know. To UPS retail, who do I contact to file a complaint? Someone needs to be held accountable for this."

"Stopped in to see if they could help me get a shipping label to a car rental company in Texas bc my husband forgot his IPad. Andre told me they didn’t do that in store, but I could do it online. He must have read the disappointment on my face and asked me if I wanted his help to get it online. Andre stayed patiently with me through the whole process. It’s more and more rare to have someone go out of their way for anyone and Andre did. He gets 5 stars from me. Thanks, Andre!"

"Packing and shipping prices are outrageous. I went in to have a few items packed and shipped, the largest being a door wreath. Once they measured the items I was quoted 68.00 to pack and for 13 lbs estimate, an additional 126.00 to ship from West Seneca NY to Nashville TN. I opted to buy a box, bubble wrap and tape to a total of 32.00, once boxed and tapped up, the shipping was 27.00. I was willing to pay extra for the packing but to charge an extra 100.00 on the shipping was insane. They should be ashamed of themselves up-charging to that extent."
