"I have visited our Rome UPS store on several occassions for many different services. I am pleased to say the employees are very knowledgeable and work quickly often multi-tasking. The manager Alexia Bushwell, I asked for her card because she deserves recognition, has gone above and beyond to assist my needs and I have observed her with other customers and she does the same with them. This is not an easy job especially since so many of us use Amazon and other online shopping services that require returns. If you have never used the services offered at the store give it a try. I did and am now a regular customer."
