"I don't know why I have the WORST luck with this store. I only come here for Amazon returns that for some reason I can't take to Staples. They are always simple things like shirts that require me to package them before dropping them off. Amazon customer service told me the bag they were shipped in as long as the previous shipping label was removed is fine to use. So I reused my bag and took the old label and brought it to the store and was rejected. This has happened more than once. Amazon doesn't understand why I keep getting turned away. The bag was clean, sealed nicely and there was so other issues with it. They keep trying to get me to buy packing materials from them for $10+. I'm over using this location."

"Stopped in a few days ago with a prepaid QR code. Whoever worked honestly wasn’t trained to simply ship this out (like I’ve done numerous times). Not only did they not know what to do but they were very rude about it. Took it to a different location with no problems. Management, train your employees. And honestly if you were the only location between Cicero and Binghamton, I’d make the drive to avoid it here"
