"We weren't able to see the Dr we normally see, but the Dr who did our exam was very nice, professional and thorough. Megan, the OD tech was super quick and efficient, making the most awkward part of the exam more comfortable. I can't say enough about the manager Kayla!!!! She helped me pick out the perfect glasses by noticing the style frames I was looking at, listening to what I had in mind and being completely honest about what did or (more importantly) didn't look good on me. All too often "sales people" tell you what you want to hear and you end up with something you regret later on. Today I left feeling super confident in my frame choice thanks to Kayla. The other thing I noticed about her is that she is always on the move, and remembered every patient who was coming in to pick up their glasses or just getting an adjustment! You can tell that she truly cares about each and every parent who enters her store! For our fitting, we sat with David who made it easy to pick the lenses that would work best for us with our prescriptions and made the process quick and easy for my typically impatient 15 year old son. Big thanks the team at LensCrafters on Erie Blvd. We'll never go anywhere else!"

"Dr. Nichols was great, the eye exam was great. Kiara was great, very personable. Bill Fox was excellent as the optician. A nice guy, very helpful and informative. The only problem was that due to a system glitch I could not purchase the glasses as pricing wasn’t available. Bill will call me when it’s fixed and I’ll go back to complete the sale."
"This was hands-down the best experience I have had getting an eye exam or fit for glasses. The staff was exceptional. Tarah, who greeted and checked me in for the exam was friendly, and quickly had me processed to see the doctor. Your associate Cosmo provided exceptional service. While assisting with picking out and fitting my glasses, his positive energy and polite conversation throughout made the entire experience feel seamless. I do not typically fill out surveys, but this entire staff deserves the recognition!"
