Bedding, linens, towels were all newer. Room décor and fixtures were older but very clean and worked well. Staff were very nice to deal with. Quiet location, great night's sleep."

"This is an awesome hotel with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Complete with a view of Conesus Lake and close to local parks. Very nice rooms with comfortable bedding. Each staff member I encountered was very professional, friendly, and courteous. The attached restaurant has excellent food with reasonable prices. I will definitely recommend this motel to family and friends."
