"Don't buy the Windsor Castle Luxury mattress. We just spent $4000 on a mattress that I can't sleep in. It felt fine in the store. But after 4 or 5 hours my back is killing me. I'm writing this after the second night of sleeping on the floor, because that's more comfortable than that mattress. I wake up around 4 or 5am where I can't take it anymore, move to the couch, and then the floor. We purchased all the pillows and sheets and protection for another $700 so that we could get the 30 day comfort exchange. What wasn't mentioned, is if you buy the most expensive mattress, you do not get any refund for the difference if you decide to go with a lesser mattress. I wish we had tried other mattresses but after we said we liked the Windsor they didn't really offer us to try other mattresses. They start you at the top mattress! If you go there, ask for the lesser mattresses first! They told us how much they love theirs, so I figured this was the best. My mistake. If you plan on doing the comfort exchange, I strongly suggest finding the mattress that is cheapest that you like. You are allowed 1 exchange for a $99 delivery fee, and you need to pay the difference if you upgrade. But when we went back to try other mattresses, the one we liked best was only $2500. I couldn't bring myself to pay $4000 for a $2500 mattress. I'm going to see if my daughter would like to upgrade to a queen mattress and give it to her, and buy another mattress for us. For now, I'm stuck sleeping on the floor. The thing we hate most about the mattress is the pillow top. The mattress is very uneven. I can't get comfortable in it. Maybe it will break in, but that will require many painful nights sleeping in it. Moral of the story. Try all the mattresses. The sales women were really nice and helpful. But I wish they pushed us more to try other mattresses. I don't blame them. We were about to buy their Rolls Royce of a mattress, and I believed them that they enjoyed theirs. Our fault, that was a very expensive lesson."

"When shopping for a new mattress we decided we were going to check multiple places to insure a good quality mattress at a good price. Well, we went to Metro Mattress 1st and never looked further. We were greeted by Andrew when we 1st arrived, who said he was actually on loan from another location. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, not pushy at all, and covered all our concerns in an unhurried manner. After trying out quite a few mattresses we ended up with exactly what we wanted as well as a splurge on an adjustable bed frame. The delivery occurred the next day, we've been sleeping on the new bed for about a week now and truthfully, it really has made a difference in our quality of sleep. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience."

Over the course of two (2) visits, once by myself and again with my husband, I was given a thorough review of adjustable beds and appurtenances (mattresses, sheets, pillows etc.) about which I previously knew very little. The salespeople, Ben and Paula, were expert in the subject, and conveyed the sometimes overwhelming details with clarity and patience. When we returned for the second visit (and actual purchase of the bed), Ben had thoroughly briefed Paula. This made the experience seamless and easy. I felt we could make an informed choice about an expensive but important improvement to the household and to our our health."

An improvement to make is for your company to have different bed covers and linens available for demonstration rather than just the small squares. Also, it wouldn't hurt to offer some discounts to Veterans, First Responders, and Educator like your competition does."
