"I wish I could say his work is great, but I can not! I reached out to Neal via phone, text message and twice on his website. We spoke once where he told me to send him pictures. I did this. One of his technicians was going to come to my home. No one came. I am STILL waiting for a phone call, a text message, an email, a visit from a technician... the work to be be done on my furniture. Unfortunately, I do not think will happen therefore, I will seek out another company to do the work. I wanted to just leave this message but I could not as I had to highlight a star above."
