"This is a fantastic B&B! It was a joy to stay with Karen in an immaculately restored and appointed Victorian home. Every room is beautiful and the front porch is absolutely wonderful. We stayed while cycling the Erie Canal Trail because Holley was an appropriate distance from our starting location that day and we couldn't have had a more pleasant and restful stay. We didn't get out to the rear garden but it is beautiful. The breakfast was actually too much food but delicious."

The owners were so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were wonderful. The fruit bites were and are my favorite. I still make them at home a lot. Highly recommend this beautiful, friendly environment."
