"I gave Anne's Consignment a piece to sell in May 2019. I never heard anything from Anne's. I went in to retrieve the item in July 2020 and she said it was sold a year prior. I explained that I never received payment or any notice stating that it was sold or not. I checked all my bank records, no check from Anne's Consignment. I asked Anne to provide me with a copy of the check. She said she would look into it. After another two weeks, I emailed her asking if she had found a copy of the check, no response. I waited for another two weeks and sent another email asking for proof that the item was sold and that a check was sent to me. No response. Anne's customer service is terrible. I would advise against doing business with Anne's Consignment."
